CBT Therapy
CBT is one of the most evidence-based and research therapy modalities to create change for a variety of issues. CBT works by gentle challenging and changing thought patterns that might be causing symptoms.
Change your thoughts, change your life—CBT gives you practical tools to break free from unhelpful patterns and build lasting confidence.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the most widely researched and effective forms of therapy, built on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are deeply interconnected. Often, unhelpful thought patterns can fuel difficult emotions or habits, keeping us stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, or self-criticism. CBT helps clients learn to notice these patterns, challenge them with curiosity, and practice healthier ways of thinking and responding. In my practice, I use CBT as one of several tools within an integrative approach—combining its practical, skills-based structure with deeper relational and experiential modalities like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and somatic techniques. This means we can work on building concrete coping strategies while also exploring the underlying emotions, relational dynamics, and body-based experiences that contribute to your struggles. Together, we’ll tailor the work to your needs so you can not only manage symptoms but also feel more aligned, empowered, and connected in your daily life.
